transport between environmental compartments

transport between environmental compartments
This endpoint describes the distribution of a chemical between environmental compartments using fugacity-based computer models. The results of the model algorithms provide an estimate of the amount of the chemical within a specific compartment. The environmental compartments included in many models are air, water, soil, sediment, suspended sediment, and aquatic biota. (OECD definition)
